About Fixer

I started working on properties with my dad when I was eight years old. Handing over the nails, or getting a hammer were the things that helped get the job done. While I was in college my economics professor asked me how much I made. Well, I painted houses as people do to pay for that education. He was stunned. We had six guys working every summer. I had a partner, his mom was our bookkeeper, and I guess by the look on my economics professor's face we did alright, financially. My partners long retired. This site is to encourage you to take on projects. My dad was a dentist. As time went on I realized he didn't have a clue about what he was doing. Some times we made big mistakes. There again some of the professionals who came in made big mistakes. If you have questions you can e-mail me at davidlosh@davidlosh.com we can get it done together.
